The EM35M series from Hirose Electric is a high current, plastic power supply connector system. The 4 position connector is rated up to 50 A when using #8 AWG cable (three-phase power source plus ground). Terminals can be crimped with a standard tool in accordance with JIS C 9711. Ground terminal makes contact first before power terminals touch. Lock operation can be done by simply snapping the plug to the receptacle. Attachment styles are: DIN rail type, snap-on attachment to 35 mm width DIN rail, and panel attachment type, both front and back mounting applicable. Guide keys prevent incorrect insertions when multiple connectors are used together at the same time. UL and TÜV certified.
