Hirose’s HR25A series connectors feature a plug with a maximum outside diameter of 11 mm for the 4-, 6-, and 8-position connectors, and 13 mm for the 12-, 16-, and 20-position connectors. It has a user-friendly push-pull lock structure operation with a tactile click when locking is complete. The connectors are polarized for correct insertion by a straight push in movement. A built-in lock release mechanism securely locks mated connectors while allowing for quick disconnection by simply pulling on the plug release collar. The design allows for EMI prevention.

Applications include medical equipment, test and measurement equipment, CCD cameras, sensors, in-car audio, LAN, and wireless devices.
