ICM-20602 6-Axis Motion Tracking Device

InvenSense's ICM-20602 is a 6-axis motion-tracking device that combines a 3-axis gyroscope and 3-axis accelerometer in a small 3 mm x 3 mm x 0.75 mm (16-pin LGA) package. The ICM-20602 pushes the boundaries of performance providing the lowest gyroscope rate noise at ±4 mdps/√Hz while offering low power and incredibly tight sensitivity error. This solution is ideal for any application looking for the best performance/power/size all in one package.

ICM-20602 includes on-chip 16-bit ADCs, programmable digital filters, an embedded temperature sensor, and programmable interrupts. The device features an operating voltage range down to 1.71 V. Communication ports include I²C and high speed SPI at 10 MHz.
