F2950 SP2T RF Switch ICs
IDT F2950 SP2T RF Switch ICs are the high power Single-Pole Double-Throw (SP2T) RF switches that cover a 100MHz to8GHz frequency range. These RF switches provide extremely low insertion loss across a very broad bandwidth while providing excellent linearity performance across their operating range. The F2950 RF switches feature 44dB high isolation at 2.5GHz and 170ns typical switching speed. These RF switches support WLAN 802.11 and are optimized for Wi-Fi applications.
