The ultrafast and recovery modules are designed and qualified for industrial level. These modules include standard and fast recovery diode modules, Schottky modules, ultrafast modules, thyristor modules, and IGBT modules. The ultrafast and recovery modules are available in the SOT-227 package and are RoHS compliant. These modules are intended for general applications such as High Voltage (HV) power supplies, electronic welders, motor control, and inverters.
