405 nm Blue-Violet Laser Diodes

CEL's 405 nm blue-violet laser diodes, the NV4V31MF-A, NV4V31SF-A and NV4V41SF-A, are designed for precision measurement, printing, and imaging applications.

The NV4V31MF-A and NV4V31SF-A offer a newly developed LD chip structure, which achieves a high optical power output of 175 mW (CW) at up to 85°C. Both can provide excellent linearity from low to high output at high temperatures, and reduces the unevenness of beam divergence.

The NV4V41SF-A is a high output blue-violet laser diode, achieving a high optical power output of 600 mW (CW) at up to 30°C.
