Fourth-Generation FemtoClock® for VCXO

IDT's 8N3Q001 and 8N3QV001 Quad-Frequency Programmable VCXOs with very flexible frequency and pull-range programming capabilities. The devices use IDT's fourth generation FemtoClock NG technology for an optimum of high clock frequency and low phase noise performance. The devices also accept 2.5 V or 3.3 V supply and are packaged in a small, lead-free (RoHS 6) 10-lead ceramic 5 mm x 7 mm x 1.55 mm package. Besides the four default power-up frequencies set by the FSEL0 and FSEL1 pins, the IDT8N3QV01 can be programmed via the I2C interface to any output clock frequency between 15.476 MHz to 866.67 MHz and from 975 MHz to 1,300 MHz to a very high degree of precision.
