RFMD® delivers a family of 6-bit, digital-controlled, variable gain amplifiers (VGAs) with excellent step accuracy, low DC current, and high IP3. Both serial and parallel controlled versions are available. Products are housed in both 5 x 5 mm and 6 x 6 mm laminate modules that are footprint compatible with QFNs.
