VLM.334.Series LEDs

Vishay's VLM.334.series LEDs, is an advanced modification of the VLM.31.. series, can incorporate larger chips and are capable of withstanding drive currents up to 70 mA. Utilizing the latest advanced AllnGaP technology, the VLM.334.. series devices provide brightness with a typical luminous intensity of 3760 mcd and maximum luminous intensity of 6052 at 70 mA, while delivering improved thermal performance compared to previous-generation LEDs. At 300 K/W, junction-to-ambient thermal resistance is 25% lower than the former VLM.333 product.
