The IRFH7185TRPbF 100 V FastIRFET™ power MOSFET delivers benchmark performance for DC-DC power supplies used in telecom applications. The part is packaged in a PQFN 5x6 and offers the industry’s lowest RDS(on)*Qg figure of merit. It utilizes IR’s new 100 V FastIRFET™ process to deliver benchmark performance in power supply applications. The IRFH7185 is the first part in the family; TO-220, D2-PAK and more PQFN will follow later in 2014.
