NXP's Kinetis KW2x wireless MCUs expand on the successful Kinetis MCU family based on the ARM® Cortex™-M4 CPU core. The Kinetis KW2x wireless MCU integrates a class-leading RF transceiver, Cortex-M4 and a robust feature set for reliable, secure, and low-power IEEE® 802.15.4 wireless solutions. These wireless MCUs offer up to 512 KB of Flash, 64 KB of RAM, and up to 64 KB of FlexMemory. Dual-PAN support allows the system to simultaneously participate in two 802.15.4 networks, eliminating the need for multiple radios. Software protocol stacks, tools, and IDE are compatible with Kinetis MCUs. Kinetis KW2x devices provides best-in-class RF features compatible with NXP’s Kinetis Cortex-M4 MCUs to provide the industry’s most capable 802.15.4/ZigBee platform.
