Toshiba's TLP5214 is a highly integrated 4.0 A output current IGBT gate drive photocoupler housed in a wide creepage and clearance SO16L package. TLP5214 has advanced built-in functions such as IGBT desaturation detection, isolated fault status feedback, soft IGBT turn-off, active Miller clamping, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). It is ideal for driving IGBT and power MOSFETs used in inverter applications.
