The Littelfuse SP4020 and SP4021 series TVS diode arrays can safely provide up to 30 A (SP4020) / 25 A (SP4021) protection against lightning induced surges and up to 750 W (SP4020) / 600 W (SP4021) of power handling capability. This revolutionary design offers 2x the power handling capability of alternative solutions, and yields a 16% improvement in low loading capacitance (2.5 pF typ.) than competitive products. It is ideal for protecting telecommunications interfaces and other high-speed data without sacrificing signal integrity.
