NTHS Series Thermistors

Delivering high sensitivity and high accuracy over a wide temperature range, negative temperature coefficient surface-mount (NTHS series) thermistors from Vishay, have a high-density monolithic construction with glass overcoat and wrap-around nickel barrier terminations. NTHS thermistors are ideal for temperature sensing, protection, and compensation in a variety of applications across various market segments.

NTHS thermistors use a ceramic-based technology and are available in four standard surface-mount case sizes (0402, 0603, 0805, and 1206). NTHS thermistors offer accurate temperature measurements over a wide temperature range from -40°C to +150°C. NTHS components are available in multiple resistance values (R25) and curve (B25/85) combinations for design flexibility across differing applications. NTHS thermistors have found wide applications across many different market segments including automotive, industrial, and consumer. Available in paper tape-and-reel and bulk format, NTHS thermistors are fully compatible with high-volume, automated manufacturing processes. Both Sn100 and Sn90Pb10 wrap-around terminations are available for NTHS thermistors.
