TNPU High-Precision Thin-Film Resistor

Vishay TNPU e3 thin-film flat chip resistors combine the proven reliability of TNPW e3 products with an advanced level of precision. This unique combination makes the devices perfectly suited for applications such as amplifiers, precision-voltage dividers, and control units in industrial, automotive, aerospace, medical, and telecommunications equipment. With excellent moisture resistivity, the devices provide extremely stable and reliable operation, even under harsh environmental conditions. The resistors, offered in 0603, 0805, and 1206 sizes, feature tolerances as low as ±0.02% and TCR values down to ±5 ppm/°C across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. Standard resistance values range from 100 Ω to 511 kΩ.
