WE-CMBNC Common-Mode-Base Nanocrystalline

These new mains chokes with nanocrystalline core from Wurth Electronics are particularly noted for their broadband attenuation characteristics. Mains interference can therefore be reduced down to the low kHz range. This property is particularly beneficial in applications with high leakage current load – the value of Y-condensers can, in many cases, be reduced. Compared with conventional cores made of ferrite materials, nanocrystalline cores have ten times the permeability.
