PS9531 Isolated Gate-Drive Optocoupler

CEL's PS9531 is an isolated gate-drive optocoupler designed specifically for inverter and motor drive applications with high common-mode transient immunity (CMR), high output current and high switching speed. The PS9531 replaces the PS9505 which previously replaced PS9552 with continuously improved performance. This device contains a GaAIAs LED on the input side and a photo diode, signal processing circuit and power transistor on the output side.

  • Peak output current of 2.5 A (max.), 2.0 A (min.)
