Crystek's CVCO55CC-4124-4238 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates from 4124 MHz to 4238 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.1 V~16 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -106 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +5 dBm.
