For critical applications such as passive entry/passive start (PEPS), tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) and vehicle immobilizers, TDK offers four families of EPCOS Brand transponder coils: chip coils, X/Y transponder coils, Z transponder coils, and 3D transponder coils. These highly reliable components work as short distance antennae, receiving and transmitting data. They can create a trigger signal and can receive energy from the electromagnetic field. All products are AEC-Q200 qualified and are RoHS compatible.
