The two-channel, general-purpose SM series TVS diode array from Littelfuse can absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in the IEC61000-4-2 international standard without performance degradation and safely dissipate up to 24 A of 8/20 μs induced surge current with very low clamping voltages. Five voltage options are available: 5 V, 12 V, 15 V, 24 V, 36 V.
