The ISL8203M dual 3 A/single 6 A step-down power module from Intersil is an easy-to-use integrated power solution. It reduces customer’s design time and time-to-market because it only requires a few external components to complete the design power supply with an input voltage range of 2.85 V to 6 V. It has the capability of providing 2 separate outputs, up to 3 A per channel, or a single 6 A output. Output voltage is adjustable from 0.8 V to 5 V.
