The NXP i.MX 6SoloX is a highly integrated multi-market applications processor designed to enable secure and connected homes and vehicles within the Internet of Things. The i.MX 6SoloX is the first device utilizing both the ARM Cortex-A9 and ARM Cortex M4 cores, and its heterogeneous architecture provides the ultimate flexibility for customers by enabling a single-chip solution that can run sophisticated operating system and provide real-time responsiveness.

The i.MX 6SoloX family introduces single cores running up to 1.0 GHz (Cortex-A9) and 200 MHz (Cortex-M4) with 256 KB of L2 cache and 32-bit DDR3/LPDDR2 support. Integrated LVDS, FlexCAN, and PCIe Express enables the i.MX 6SoloX to be a low-power and flexible platform for consumer, automotive, and industrial applications that require real-time responsiveness and a higher level of system integrity.
