SBR12U45LH1 Low-Profile Rectifier

Packaged in the ultra-low-profile POWERDI5SP-B, the 12 A rated SBR12U45LH1 from Diodes addresses the key design and manufacturing concerns of solar panel manufacturers producing next generation PV modules. In its critical role as a highly efficient PV module bypass and blocking diode, this latest SBR has a maximum package height of only 0.75 mm. This enables it to be integrated within the solar panel and effectively removes the need for separate junction boxes.
