TNPV High Voltage Thin Film Chip Resistors

The TNPV thin film resistor series is an excellent choice where high voltage, precision, and long-term stability are required, with very low resistive drift, ≤0.05% after 1000 h life test. This thin film series offers superior moisture resistance, having Vishay’s specialized passivation method, to pass the severe automotive 85°C/85% biased humidity test. Available in a case size 1206, with resistance range from 121 kΩ to 3.01 MΩ, the TNPV series is offered with pure tin termination plating, which is RoHS compliant. In addition, the TNPV series is impervious to sulfur exposure, verified in accordance with ASTM B809 standard.
