Toshiba’s Schottky barrier diodes provide a good tradeoff between reverse leakage current and low forward voltages. They offer a variety of 30 V and 40 V diodes, that can provide between 0.2 A and 1.5 A. While all of the diodes are available in standard SOD-323 packages, they also provide aggressively small packaging (down to 0402) suitable for portable and small form-factor applications.
