Kyocera Display has recently introduced two 12.1” XGA TFTs to their standard industrial TFT line up.  With a typical luminance 400 Nits and 1200 Nits this display series is a perfect choice for indoor or outdoor applications.

The higher brightness option of this display series helps counteract the effects of the sun to allow the user to view what is being displayed even in direct sunlight.  In addition to a high brightness option, both displays offer Advance Wide View (AWV) Technology that allows wide viewing in all directions without color inversion, a contrast ratio of 750:1, an operating and storage temp range of -30°C to 80°C, a viewing cone of ±85 in the horizontal and ±85 in the vertical direction, and an LED driver built in.
