UMOS-VI Series Power MOSFETs

Toshiba has developed the 20 V P-channel power MOSFET suitable for load switches of the secondary portion of DC-DC power supply. Also, it can be used for mobile computing devices such as tablet PCs, laptop PCs, and battery protection circuits for large capacity batteries such as lithium-ion batteries. By adopting the UMOS-VI process, this product series realize low on-resistance.
