MPM3620A Synchronous Step-Down Converter

Monolithic Power Systems' MPM3606A is a synchronous, rectified, step-down module converter with built-in power MOSFETs, inductor, and two capacitors. It offers a compact solution that requires only five external components to achieve a 0.6 A continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range. It also provides fast load transient response.

Full protection features include over-current protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown (TSD).

The MPM3606A eliminates design and manufacturing risks while dramatically improving time-to-market.

The MPM3606A is available in a space-saving QFN-20 3 mm x 5 mm x 1.6 mm package.
