Epson introduces the XG-1000 family of low-jitter CMOS SAW (surface acoustic wave) oscillators. The XG-1000 devices provide a CMOS output with a frequency of 50 to 170 MHz and operate with 1.8, 2.5, or 3.3-volt power supplies.

Epson's XG-1000 SAW oscillators are available in two packages:

• 7.0 mm x 5.0 mm x 1.2 mm (CA package)
• 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm x 1.1 mm (CB package)
