SG7050EBN Ultra-Low-Jitter SPXO

Epson's SG7050EBN uses a high-frequency fundamental (HFF) crystal to achieve very low jitter at high frequency. Epson's SG7050EBN achieves 65 fs integrated phase jitter 12 kHz to 20 MHz at 156.25 MHz and is recommended by many IC vendors for the most jitter-sensitive high-speed PHY applications such as 10 Gbps, 40 Gbps, and 100 Gbps.

SG7050EBN operates from a 2.5 V or 3.3 V supply and is packaged in a 7.0 mm x 5.0 mm x 1.5 mm 6-pin ceramic SMD package. Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C.
