Diodes' AP4312Q provides a highly integrated solution for switching and linear regulator applications that require voltage regulation with overcurrent protection constant-current regulation with overvoltage protection.

The AP4312Q is highly integrated; it contains two voltage references (1.21 V and 70 mV) and two operational amplifiers. The voltage control loop includes one operational amplifier with a 1.21 V voltage reference, which makes a simple voltage controller for use in battery chargers and DC-DC/linear regulators. The current control loop’s second operational amplifier with the low 70 mV voltage reference provides low-side current sensing for a simple output current limiter/regulator.

The AP4312Q is available in an industry-standard SOT26 pin out and supports PPAP documentation.
