Diodes' DMN10H120SFG is a 100 V N-channel MOSFET, packaged in the thermally efficient PowerDI3333, that is optimized for Power over Ethernet (PoE) switching applications. This switch enables the delivery of power through the Ethernet cable to end applications. For example, wireless access points (APs), VoIP phones, point-of-sale terminals, call systems, IP security cameras, and building management devices. Within power sourcing equipment (PSE), such as LAN routers and midspans, this 100 V N-channel MOSFET switches in the power to the CAT5 (or CAT6) network cable.
