Littelfuse's SLVU2.8-8 Series TVS Diode Arrays are designed to protect low voltage CMOS devices from ESD and lightning-induced transients. A compensating diode is located in series with each low voltage TVS diode to present low-loading capacitance on the line being protected. These AEC-Q101 qualified devices can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±30 kV (contact discharge) per the IEC 61000-4-2 standard and can safely dissipate up to 30 A (IEC 61000-4-5, tP=8/20 μs) with very low clamping voltages. Typical applications include protection of 10/100/1000 Ethernet equipment; WAN/LAN equipment; switching systems; desktops, servers, and notebooks; analog inputs; and base stations.
