Pulse Electronics releases a new line of USB 3.1 Type-C compact connectors delivering up to 10 Gbps data rate and up to 100 watts of power. The USB Type-C specification offers a small reversible-plug connector which makes it easy to connect to devices. This multifunction connector supports data, video, audio, and power. Pulse offers a USB 3.1 Type-C mid-mount and top-mount connector with a road map to add additional form factors including USB 3.1 Type-C vertical-mount.
