Skyworks Solutions' SKY66111-11 is a highly integrated front-end module including the TX/RX and antenna switch, filtering, and amplifier needed to improve range and performance of BLE (Bluetooth Smart) design. This device is ideal for use with Bluetooth radios from Nordic Semiconductor, Dialog Semiconductor, and Texas Instruments, among others. In a tightly integrated, battery-powered design, range of the device affects the overall performance; poor connections can cause the radio to be on for longer periods of time decreasing the battery life dramatically.
