SiT2001B SOT-23 Oscillators

SiTime's SiT2001B devices are the industry's first SOT-23 oscillators with embedded MEMS resonator. These devices feature the widest frequency range, lowest power consumption, best stability, and shortest lead-time for consumer, networking, industrial, and other applications. They come in a 5-pin, small SOT23 package that offers the best board-level solder joint reliability and enable low-cost, optical-only, board-level inspection.
