Bel Fuse offers a circuit protection chip fuse with their type C1H series. The fully automated manufacturing of C1H series in the popular 1206 SMD case size offers the highest ampere rating to date for the package size. Both the extremely small 1206 package size and wide range of current ratings from 10 A up to 30 A at 125 V_AC/ 32 V_DC make this quick acting fuse series ideal for space constrained applications with high currents such as backplane bus structures, servers, notebooks, and PC computers. Each fuse is marked with a number or code designating the amp rating. This version of surface mount devices (SMD) has a ceramic substrate thick-film technology printed silver ink element and is optimal for applications with operating temperatures of -55°C to +125°C. The fuses come in tape-and-reel packaging with 5,000 pieces (8 mm wide tape with 7-inch diameter reel). The C1H quick acting fuse is UL (UL / CSA 248-14 standard) component recognized for use in U.S. and Canada. The series is compatible with 260°C, IR (infrared) lead-free solder process, RoHS6 compliant, Pb-free, and halogen-free.
