SE10Dx, SE12Dx, and SE20Dx Standard Rectifiers wit

Vishay’s 100 V to 600 V standard rectifiers combine ESD capability with a wide range of current from 10 A to 20 A. For space-constrained applications, the SE10DxHM3/1, SE12DxHM3/1, and SE20DxHM3/1 are offered in an SMPD (TO-263AC) package which features an extremely low 1.7 mm profile and is footprint-compatible with the D2PAK.

Featuring low forward-voltage drops down to 0.96 V (typical at 12 A), the SE10DxHM3/1, SE12DxHM3/1, and SE20DxHM3/1 reduce power loss and improve efficiency for general-purpose power line polarity protection in automotive applications. With their ESD capability, these devices can provide class H3B (greater than 8 kV) performance based on the AEC-Q101-001 human body model (contact mode).

Built on an oxide planar chip technology, these rectifiers feature a maximum operation junction temperature of 175°C, an MSL moisture sensitivity level of 1 (per J-STD-020), and an LF maximum peak of 260°C. Ideal for automated placement, these devices are compliant to ROHS Directive 2011/65EU and are halogen-free according to JEDEC JS709A standards.
