Aluminum Conductive Polymer Capacitors

KEMET’s conductive polymer aluminum solid electrolytic capacitors (single ended/radial and surface mount) are designed for greater stability and longer life. The capacitors have a number of qualities superior to standard electrolytic capacitors (E-caps) due to their highly conductive, solid polymer electrolyte and less heat generated internally during operation, including low ESR and higher ripple capability, open failure mode, and greater stability across a wide range of temperatures.
