Bourns is pleased to announce the introduction of their 400-V-rated, model RLB1112V4, radial-lead inductor series. The model RLB1112V4 is ideal for 85-265 V_AC AC-to-DC power supplies with applications in metering, home automation, infrastructure SMPS, TRIAC drivers, appliances, white goods, and LED drivers. The Bourns model RLB1112V4-222J is suitable for use with Texas Instruments’ UCC28880, low quiescent current, off-line converter.

The model RLB1112V4 series is non-shielded with radial-lead construction and 5 mm fixed lead spacing. The inductor winding is covered with heat-shrink tubing to provide physical protection, as well as electrical insulation, to the component. The operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 125°C.
