SG-8101 Programmable Crystal Oscillators

Epson's SG-8101 series offers high-stability programmable crystal oscillators which are ideal for a wide range of industrial applications. With Epson’s fractional-N PLL technology, the SG-8101 allows any frequency to be programmed from 0.67 MHz to 170 MHz. The SG-8101 series provides high stability down to ±15 ppm and features low power consumption of less than 2.7 mA (typical) from 1.8 V to 3.3 V power supplies. The SG-8101 series operates within a wide temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, ideal for harsh industrial environments.

The SG-8101 can be ordered with an accuracy of ±15 ppm, ±20 ppm, or ±50 ppm over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C or -40°C to +105°C, and it is available in several industry-standard packages and standard pin-outs.

Programmable crystal oscillators provide very short production or prototype lead times, from few samples to mass production quantities.
