Bourns introduces their TISP4011H1BJ single bidirectional thyristor surge protector. It is an addition to the existing Bourns' part TISP40xxH1BJ series of very low voltage bidirectional overvoltage protectors. These devices are designed to limit overvoltage. A single device provides 2-point protection and is typically used for the protection of transformer windings and low voltage electronics. Bourns model TISP40xxH1BJ series of very low voltage bidirectional overvoltage protectors consists of a symmetrical voltage-triggered bidirectional thyristor provided in a space-saving surface mount SMB package. This series meets industry standard requirements for RoHS compliancy and Pb-free solder reflow profiles.
