ADP2443 3A / 36V Synchronous Step-Down (Buck) DC-t

ADI's ADP2443 is a synchronous buck (step-down) DC-to-DC regulator with metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) in a small 4 mm x 4 mm LFCSP package. With input voltage ranges from 4.5 V to 36 V with voltage output as low as 0.6 V with 3 A of continuous current. The ADP2443 has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The ADP2443 has a programmable switching frequency from 200 kHz to 1.8 MHz. The excellent stability and transient response time is achieved by using an emulated current-mode, constant frequency pulse width modulation (PWM). Other features include overcurrent protection (OCP), undervoltage lockout (UVLO), thermal shutdown (TSD), and short-circuit protection (SCP).
