Richtek's RT2101B is a high efficiency step-down converter capable of delivering 2 A output current over a wide input voltage range from 2.95 V to 6 V. The RT2101B provides accurate regulation for a variety of loads with ±3% accuracy. For reducing inductor size, it provides up to 2 MHz switching frequency. The efficiency is maximized through the integrated 45 mΩ MOSFETs and 550 μA typical supply current.
