Swissbit's CFast cards combine two existing industry-standards into a single product: the CompactFlash™ (CF) card form-factor and the serial ATA (SATA) interface commonly used in hard disks.

The Swissbit SATA 6 Gb/s durabit™ F-60 CFast card offers highest MLC endurance and sustained performance by combining a powerful controller with DRAM supported FTL and increased overprovisioning.

It achieves data transfer rates up to 520 MB/s in sequential access and 72,000 IOPS in 4 KB random access. In addition, the F-60 series features Swissbit’s proven power fail safety, ATA security feature set, NCQ, TRIM, advanced wear leveling and bad block management, and in-field firmware update functionality. The Swissbit lifetime monitoring tool provides detailed S.M.A.R.T. based status information.
