DFRobot's OverLord was designed to be extremely user-friendly and easy to use. It comes fully assembled, tested, and requires little configuration to prepare for first use: just unpack, plug in the power and follow the on-screen prompt to setup. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes.

Available in standard and Pro models, OverLord 3D printers from DFRobot provide the flexibility to print models, without the use of a PC, by utilizing the intuitive Overlord 3D iPad app which allows users to browse models and add items to the printing queue. OverLord comes packed with features, such as high-resolution, auto-calibration, and auto-leveling. The standard version offers an impressive build volume of 150 mm x 160 mm while the Pro model provides 170 mm x 260 mm along with a heated bed and power protection which allows the printer to automatically pause the print in the event of power loss. This is made possible by the built-in battery saving the printing data and returning the hot end to its zero point. When power is restored, users can choose whether to resume the print with the saved data or start a new print.

Additional features of the OverLord printers include the ability to print from USB or via WiFi and break-resume which allows pausing of prints. Prints can be stopped at random to switch color filaments in order to create models with multi-color layers. Also, a display integrated into the front panel allows checking of the print status, elapsed print time and time to completion, changing of settings and more.
