Melexis' MLX91210 is an integrated current sensor in industry standard SOIC-8 and SOIC-16 packages which has a -40°C to +125°C operational temperature range. The SOIC-8 has a 2.1 kVRMS voltage isolation and the SOIC-16 has a 2.5 kVRMS isolation. These high-speed sensors can sense from DC to 100 kHz bandwidth with a 5 µs response time. The MLX91210 requires a voltage supply of 4.5 V to 5.5 V and a low 14 mA current supply. There are four sensing versions available:
- MLX91210 – SOIC8 – 80 mV/A or ±25 A
- MLX91210 – SOIC8 – 40 mV/A or ±50 A
- MLX91210 – SOIC16 – 80 mV/A or ±25 A
- MLX91210 – SOIC16 – 40 mV/A or ±50 A
