MLX92231 Programmable Hall Effect Proximity Sensor

Melexis’ MLX92231 are unipolar 3-wire Hall effect proximity sensors. These sensors integrate a Hall effect sensor element with advanced offset cancellation mechanism, a voltage regulator, and an open-drain output driver. With a wide voltage range (2.7 V to 24 V), these programmable sensors have an extended temperature range of -40°C to +150°C and are AEC-Q100 qualified making them ideal for automotive applications such as transmission, chassis, safety, powertrain, and body. The robustness of the MLX92231 along with the programming flexibility make these parts also suitable for industrial applications such as factory automation, robotics, process controls, and material handling. These sensors come industry standard TSOT-23-3 and TO-92-3 packages.
