High Voltage C0G Surface-Mount MLCCs

KEMET high voltage C0G dielectric surface-mount MLCCs feature a maximum operating temperature of 125°C (minimum -55°C), voltage from 500 VDC to 3000 VDC, and are rated Class I materials by the Electronic Components Industry Association (ECIA). The C0G material incorporated into these SMD MLCCs is temperature compensating and exhibits no capacitance change with respect to time and voltage, and very minimal change in capacitance with respect to ambient temperature. These capacitors are available in commercial grades in addition to automotive grades that meet the automotive electronics council's stringent AEC-Q200 qualification requirements. Other features and benefits of these capacitors include no piezoelectric noise, high thermal stability, high ripple current capability, minimal installation issues due to a non-polar design, and manufacturing in state-of-the-art ISO / TS 16949:2002 certified facilities. Industries that utilize C0G dielectric capacitors include automotive (hybrid), telecommunications, medical, military, aerospace, semiconductors, and test / diagnostic equipment.

KEMET enhances its C0G high voltage offering to include industry leading capacitance values in the 500 V, 630 V, and 1000 V range.  Featuring an EIA 0603 case size, these new high voltage C0G capacitance extensions are available across all case sizes in both commercial and automotive grades in standard and flexible terminations.
