MLX92251 Dual Hall Effect CMOS Latches

The Melexis’ MLX92251 is a 2nd generation complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) Hall effect dual latch sensor. These devices consist of two Hall sensors with offset cancellation system and two open-drain output drives plus an integrated a voltage regulator. With a voltage supply of 2.7 V to 24 V, these sensors are ideal for automotive industries of transmissions, HVAC, chassis, and safety systems.

There are two sensitive ranges available with the 7.5 mT for the MLX92251LSE-AAA-000 and a 2.5 mT for the MLX92251LSE-ABA-000. The MLX92251 comes in an industry standard TSOT-23-5 package that has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +150°C.
